Since it's complementing the on-site installation, we can provide the following possible options:
- Users can insert their own sounds which is either meaningful to them or sounds that is there at the surrounding but is not heard.
- Translating the soundbytes given by the users to something different.
- We can categorize the location(s) so that the users can input accordingly without much hassle.
- Live Streaming of the on-site location in which we are deciding whether to have the option of letting the user insert sounds on the spot.
- Filter Control of the sounds being sent to the database. Eg. advertisement soundbytes will not be played or soften down.

Good, I see a nice list building up for the online component – now should also be the time to commit to your ideas.
Decide what you want to put in. Start sketching, doodling, writing down more details.
At the end of the day, you must be able to say this: "We want x, y, and z in the online version. The reasons are a, b, and c, and we will be implementing them through the use of g, h, i."
Be FIRM in your definition and decision. In this project you have a lot of say in deciding what you want. Unless it is a very bad decision, or one that warrants more investigation, we will green-light it.
We also want to see some sketches for this online component's interface – this is also the only visual interface design you will have to do. But remember: it doesn't mean you don't need to sketch anything for anything else! ;)
